Non-solid, loose stool (diarrhea), if the yard has overgrown grass or weeds or is covered in leaves. However, we will always make every effort to clean in the best possible manner.

What do we doo...?
K-9 Potty Patrol comes to your home or business and cleans up what your dog leaves behind. We are a dog poop pick up service!
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Your service can be started or stopped with just a phone call, text or email.
How do I start up service?
It's easy! In most cases, all it takes is a phone call and about 2 minutes later, your ready to go! If your call goes to voicemail, leave a home or work number and we will attempt to call you back the same day.
How am I billed?
You will be billed for service in advance at the first of the month. We can do this through regular mail or email. Payment is due upon receipt of the bill. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards.
I normally lock my gate, is this a problem?
You can leave your gate unlocked for our visit or provide an extra key or code so we can get to the backyard. We can also provide combination pad locks for your gate(s) if needed.
Policies
1. K-9 Potty Patrol and its employees agree to provide services in a reliable and trustworthy manner.
2. K-9 Potty Patrol will work with most animals in the yard. However, we will not work around aggressive animals.
3. Please be sure the gate is free of any obstructions (i.e. ice, snow, lawn furniture) and is unlocked.
4. K-9 Potty Patrol reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
5. Please let us know if you and your animal will be away and would like to put your service on hold.
6. If your scheduled service day falls on a holiday or there is bad weather, we will reschedule for either the day before or the day after.
7. Payment is expected before services are rendered.
8. You may discontinue or change your service at any time. Please give us 24 hours notice so that we may make those changes.
